Your obligations to the surgery
-
Remember to ask for your prescriptions in good time. It takes two working days to prepare a prescription. If you need a prescription more urgently we will always try to help, but can’t guarantee to do so and in any case will prioritise according to clinical need. Some medications, like creams or statin tablets, or medications recommended at non-emergency hospital or private appointments, are never high priority.
-
Park with care. Our car park is small and can get very busy. Please be considerate to our neighbours on Dunsmore Heath and avoid parking there; much better to park on the Village Square or in other nearby carparks.
-
We hate to have to say this, but rudeness will get you nowhere. The receptionists and clinical staff are all here to help and will do their very best. If they can’t help you it’s because it’s not possible, and being rude or aggressive won’t change that.
-
The wellbeing of our staff and other patients is important to us, so if you’re persistently or significantly rude, aggressive in any way or persistently late for appointments we WILL remove you from our list and you will have to look elsewhere for your medical care.
