Dr Ian Czerniewski- Retirement

I have decided to retire from the practice at the end of March 2025.

I have been a partner at Dunchurch Surgery for 34 years and will miss many of you, some of whom I have known for most of that time.

It has been a privilege to help to look after you through joyful and sad times as well as day-to-day life. Thank you for your trust, kindness and friendship and for tolerating my timekeeping.

I am also grateful for your understanding that doctors are human, and although we try to do our best, outcomes are not always perfect.

Thank you for allowing me to share in your lives and to enjoy a rewarding, challenging and fulfilling career as your family doctor.

I am confident that my colleagues at Dunchurch Surgery will continue to provide you with the best possible care.
