To improve our service to our patients we are upgrading our computers.
Unfortunately, we will have reduced access to patients’ notes and prescriptions during the upgrade process.
During the week from Monday 16th January it will take longer than usual to issue prescriptions (at least 3 working days) and we recommend you order any necessary items well in advance.
The Practice will be unable to access patients’ notes on Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th January, and we are not able to book any routine appointments on those days; patients are requested to avoid the surgery altogether, unless absolutely necessary.
We are grateful for your patience during the upgrade process, and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
